Strata House was conceptualized by Philémon, Hervé and Michael — PHM. A unique intersection of European premium hospitality standards, tech-industry precision and global business acumen.
International institutions, high-level diplomacy and global communications — notably senior spokesperson and representative for major United Nations agencies and global health initiatives. Hervé grounds Strata House in institutional credibility: elite networking, international protocol and ultimate discretion. The boardroom standard, on Samui.
Launching, scaling and managing international ventures across diverse global markets. Where others see a beautiful concept, Michael sees a robust, scalable commercial asset — sharp operational acumen, cross-border strategy and a deep understanding of capital allocation. The island graduated.
We came to Koh Samui and realised it was no longer a backpacker paradise or a short-term holiday spot.
It had become a permanent base for serious founders, digital elites and wealthy expats — but the infrastructure hadn't caught up. So we decided to build the Grade-A corporate and lifestyle infrastructure that this new demographic was desperate for. Soho House-level standards, applied to the realities of life on a Thai island.

Our physical home is a 1,200 SQM indoor space on the main artery of Bo Phut. But this isn't just a commercial lease.
This is the Patra Building — stewarded by our Thai partner, Art, and his family. The Patra Group is a long-standing Thai family enterprise active across Nan province, Bangkok and Phuket; the Patra Building is their first investment on Koh Samui. We are honoured to be the first concept to take residence inside it.
The vision is a true alliance: bringing global, Soho House-level standards to Koh Samui while deeply honouring and elevating the Patra family's local legacy. International ambition, Thai heritage — under one roof.
