One transparent model.
Every role, every tier.
3% of total monthly gross revenue, split equally by hours worked — all staff, every tier, every month.
3% of vertical gross revenue to that manager only — separate from the company pool.
1% of total gross revenue to the General Manager.
5% phantom-equity pool reserved — GM 1.5%, each vertical manager 0.5%, remainder for future hires. Eligible after 12 months. 3-year vest, 12-month cliff.
3-month probation (within Thai legal 119-day window) → confirmed salary from month 4 → first base review at 12 months, then every 12 months or at branch scaling. Commission compresses 3% → 2% once a vertical hits sustained KPI.
Work permit mandatory before start date for any foreign hire. All Thai staff SSO-enrolled from day one.
