Published ranges.
No guessing games.
Every direct permanent Strata employee is eligible from day one for Strata's monthly staff service-charge pool. The service charge is variable and we publish no estimated amount — the House has no operating history yet.
A quarterly performance bonus for eligible leadership roles, tied to the KPIs published on each role page. It is performance-based and not guaranteed.
Strong opening and quarterly performance bonuses for the Head Chef, and commission on B2B business personally developed for the Head of Elixirs.
Base salary is positioned inside the published range according to real experience — we publish the range rather than hide it.
Probation review, then a salary review at twelve months and each time the group opens a new location.
Thai employees are enrolled in social security from day one. Any foreign hire must hold a valid work permit before their start date.
