Our anchor laboratory partner — a small-batch cold-press and botanical-infusion range developed inside The Laboratory and served across Strata House. A functional-beverage R&D programme is on the roadmap as the lab scales.
Samui's Elixirs operates as our resident beverage laboratory — currently focused on cold-press juices and botanical infusions, with a longer-term functional-beverage R&D roadmap. Every release passes through the Strata House programme — sourcing, production and blind tasting — before it ever leaves the building. Members are first in line.
