A new building produces small problems every day. We need someone practical, trustworthy and fast who can fix what is safe to fix — and know when to call a specialist.
You keep the House working: repairs, preventive checks, deliveries and the vehicle. Judgment matters as much as skill — knowing what not to touch is part of the job.
What you'll do
- Minor repairs within competence and preventive checks.
- Log AC and equipment issues; adjust furniture; manage contractor access.
- Local purchases, pickups and B2B deliveries.
- Event setup and vehicle checks.
- Escalate when a licensed specialist is required.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years handyman, facilities or maintenance experience preferred.
- Valid Thai driving licence required.
- Trustworthy and practical.
How you're measured
- Open maintenance tickets and closure time
- Repeat defects
- Delivery accuracy and vehicle incidents
- Preventive checks completed

Compensation
THB 16,000–19,000 / month
+ monthly service charge
Base positioned on experience within the published range.
