General Manager
Run the whole house. Daily operations across the workspace, café, Humo & Agave and the Laboratory. People leader first, operator second.
The General Manager is the operational heart of Strata House Bo Phut — our pilot location and the model for every future branch. You will run the building day-to-day, hold the vertical managers accountable, deploy the floating-staff pool, and own the P&L line to the Managing Director. We hire one GM and we train them to one day open the next branch with full autonomy.
- Own daily operations across all four verticals — workspace, café, Humo & Agave, Laboratory.
- Staff scheduling, vendor relations, supplier negotiation, monthly P&L reporting to the MD.
- Deploy the floating-staff pool across verticals based on real-time load.
- Hold the standard. Calm under pressure. Resolve member and team escalations before they reach ownership.
- Thai national, 28–40, fluent English (written and spoken).
- Hotel operations or multi-concept F&B background — minimum 5 years, ideally with one promotion inside the same group.
- People leader first. Demonstrable record of building and retaining a team.
- Comfortable with numbers, KPIs and a transparent commission structure.
- Based on Koh Samui or willing to relocate for a long-horizon role.
+ 1% of total gross revenue (monthly) · base rises to 45,000 THB on 60% capacity KPI (12-month review)
3-month probation at 33,000 THB (within Thai legal 119-day window); written confirmation at month 3 triggers the confirmed salary. Vertical / GM bonus paid from month 1 — no probation delay on commission. Plus phantom equity (1.5% of the 5% reserved pool) — eligible after 12 months, 3-year vest, 12-month cliff.
