Admin & Reception
The face of the house. One assigned to GM operations, one assigned to the Strata House workspace (supporting the Community Manager).
We're hiring two Admin & Reception team members — one supporting the General Manager on house-wide operations, one embedded with the Strata House workspace supporting Daria on member operations. Both roles are warm, presentable, organised, and bilingual.
- Member check-in, meeting-room bookings, phone and email handling.
- Petty cash, member admin, event support.
- First point of contact at the door. Hospitality standard at all times.
- Support the GM (role 1) or Community Manager (role 2) on day-to-day coordination.
- Thai national, 22–35. Strong English, written and spoken.
- Presentable, warm, organised. Hotel front-office or premium hospitality background a plus.
- Comfortable with member software, calendars, and basic finance admin.
+ company revenue pool share (from month 1) · base rises to 20,000 THB at the 12-month review
3-month probation at 16,000 THB; written confirmation at month 3 triggers the confirmed salary. Company pool share paid from day one — probationary staff included.
