Assistant Manager (F&B vertical)
Three roles, one per F&B vertical. No prior management experience required — we train internally. Attitude over CV.
We're hiring three Assistant Managers — one each for the café, Humo & Agave, and the Laboratory. You cover your vertical manager on days off, handle opening and closing, guide the floating-staff pool, and are the first point of escalation for daily issues. We train you ourselves; what we cannot teach is attitude.

- Thai national, 20–35. No prior management experience required.
- Positive attitude and reliability — weighted above experience.
- Willingness to learn fast and take ownership.
+ company revenue pool share (from month 1) · base rises to 25,000 THB on promotion to Vertical Manager
3-month probation at 16,000 THB; written confirmation at month 3 triggers the confirmed salary. Company pool share paid from day one — probationary staff included.
