Community & Leasing Manager
Own the members and the floors. Tours, coworking and private-office leads, renewals, events — and the follow-up that makes sure an opportunity never disappears in a chat thread.
The workspace is a members' business: private offices, coworking, meeting rooms and the studio. This role owns the commercial pipeline and the member experience. Routine front-desk and paperwork sit with the Reception & Admin Coordinator, so this role stays on members and leasing.
- Show the House to prospects; run tours and qualify walk-ins.
- Own the coworking and private-office pipeline; keep the CRM current and follow up every lead.
- Leasing negotiation support, contract follow-up, renewals and occupancy planning.
- Member onboarding, retention conversations and issue resolution.
- Community programming: member events, introductions and partnerships.
- 2+ years in leasing, coworking, hospitality front office, community management or B2B customer success.
- Strong Thai and English; organised, persistent follow-up.
- Comfortable selling without being pushy.
