Elixirs Production & Bar Prep Assistant

• Weigh ingredients accurately; prepare syrups, infusions, concentrates and components.
• Produce cocktail pre-batches; bottle, fill, package and label products.
• Wash and sanitise bottles, tools and equipment; maintain production-room hygiene.
• Maintain batch records and lot numbers; receive and rotate ingredients.
• Maintain packaging inventory; prepare B2B orders and help prepare deliveries.
• Prepare daily Humo bar mise en place and Café beverage components.
• Support bar prep, beverage stock counts and service setup when production is lighter.

• Careful, methodical and comfortable with repetitive precision work.
• Kitchen, bar, production or packing experience welcome; we train the rest.
• Able to follow written instructions and hygiene rules exactly.

• Batch and labelling accuracy
• Cleaning and sanitation compliance
• Bar mise-en-place readiness before service
• Production output against plan and stock-count accuracy
