Floating Staff is the core of how Strata House works. You are cross-trained from day one across the three F&B verticals — Elixirs, café, and Humo & Agave — and the GM deploys you daily based on real-time load. The path is clear: Floating → Assistant Manager (typically at 6 months) → Vertical Manager → GM.

+ company revenue pool share (from month 1) · base rises to 18,000 THB at the 6-month review
3-month probation at 14,000 THB; written confirmation at month 3 triggers the confirmed salary. Company pool share paid from day one — probationary staff included.
