Strata House is a premium member environment. Our Security lead holds the standard at the door from late afternoon through closing — calm, professional, never aggressive. Light maintenance support during quieter hours.
What you'll do
- Evening presence (17:00 to close). Access control at the entrance.
- Parking coordination and event crowd management.
- Daytime overlap: light maintenance support and rounds.
What we're looking for
- Thai national, male, 25–45. Calm and professional manner.
- Basic English (greetings, directions, escalation).
- Ex-military or hospitality security background ideal.
Compensation
15,000 THB / month (confirmed from month 4)
+ company revenue pool share (from month 1) · base rises to 17,000 THB at the 12-month review
3-month probation at 13,000 THB; written confirmation at month 3 triggers the confirmed salary. Company pool share paid from day one — probationary staff included.
